As we look to the limitless opportunities that lie ahead this year, it’s also important to look back on 2025, a landmark period of impressive growth and global achievement. But we couldn’t have succeeded without the exceptional support of our partners, technology vendors and dedicated international teams.

Our 2025 Annual Review paints a glowing picture of major deployments, expanded global reach, strengthened partnerships and significant acceleration across all key vertical sectors.

Evolve IP continues to be described as easy to do business with, reliable and knowledgeable. It’s important to us to hear what you think, and we have a lot to celebrate. We achieved an impressive partner survey rating of 8.33/10, with sales support earning the highest satisfaction score at 8.98.

What we get back in feedback, we take right back into our business. We tackle the challenges and work on continuously improving the service we provide our resellers.

 

We continued to innovate…

 

2025 was a transformative year for Evolve IP’s product and technology strategy. In just a few months, we onboarded new technologies, expanded partner capabilities and strengthened our ecosystem to create more opportunities than ever before.

Together with our technology partners, we’ve delivered market-leading solutions that continue to shape the future of unified communications and customer experience worldwide. Myself, Solutions Director, Scott Rixon and the whole team are proud of our achievements.

 

 

Enhanced AI Integrations were also part of an accelerating product innovation roadmap with one of our most significant milestones was joining forces with customer experience automation [CXA] specialist, Talkdesk.

 

 

 

Our partners now benefit from one of the most advanced ecosystems of solution partners, enabling them to compete and win by offering modern, AI-driven, omnichannel customer experience solutions.

 

The numbers tell a good story

 

We continued our global reach, which increased from 56 to 59 countries and brought on new strategic resellers in the US, UK together as well as a large expansion in the Netherlands.

 

New business platform licences continue to rise 10% year-on-year – which is a great achievement in such a competitive landscape. Whilst also continuing to build momentum helping our resellers become vertical specialist in their chosen areas…

 

We increased our presence across five key vertical in 2025

  • Hospitality 31%
  • Financial 28%
  • Automotive 21%
  • Retail 18%
  • Education 15%

 

New Partnerships and Exciting Projects

 

 

 

 

 

There were many key developments and achievements last year including with resellers at Cloud Direct, Focus Group and IT Naturally and leading hotelier brands – setting us up for further global innovation and support.

Looking ahead to 2026, our sights are firmly set on the many exciting opportunities on the horizon. With increasing demand across key verticals and strong partner alignment, Evolve IP is entering the next year with confidence and momentum.
