Evolve IP has brought together its UK and Dutch partner community in Rotterdam as part of its continued commitment to building a more connected, collaborative partner ecosystem across the UK, Netherlands, Europe and USA.
Hosted at Evolve IP’s Rotterdam office on Thursday 28th May, the Partner Session provided a valuable opportunity for Dutch partners, technology vendors and Evolve IP experts to share insight, explore innovation and strengthen relationships across the channel.
The event reflected Evolve IP’s strategy of bridging knowledge, capability and opportunity between its established UK partner base and growing European partner community. By creating shared spaces for partner enablement, technical insight and commercial collaboration, Evolve IP is helping partners across both markets learn from each other, identify new opportunities and deliver stronger customer outcomes.
The session opened with an update from Managing Director Paul Harrison, who shared Evolve IP’s continued growth strategy and the importance of building a connected partner ecosystem across multiple markets.
Attendees then heard from Talkdesk, which delivered an insight led presentation and live demonstration focused on the latest developments in customer experience technology. The session highlighted how partners can use emerging CX capabilities to support customers more effectively and create new value within their portfolios.
Throughout the afternoon, partners joined a series of interactive breakout sessions led by key technology partners including Akixi, Dubber and Snom. These sessions explored the solutions available through the Evolve IP ecosystem and gave partners practical insight into how they can extend their customer conversations, strengthen propositions and unlock additional revenue opportunities.
Partners also took part in a discussion led by Solution Consultant Dee Patel, who shared updates on the continued evolution of the Evolve IP Anywhere Portal. The session encouraged open dialogue around customer needs, platform development and future enhancements, giving partners a direct voice in how Evolve IP continues to evolve its partner experience.
For Evolve IP, the Rotterdam Partner Session reinforced the value of bringing partners together across markets, not only to share product updates, but to build stronger relationships and encourage greater collaboration between the UK and Netherlands channel communities.
Joran Klarenbeek, Country Manager at Evolve IP, said: “Our Partner Sessions are designed to bring people together. They give partners the opportunity to learn about the latest technologies and market developments, but they also create space for the conversations that help us grow together. The engagement we saw throughout the day in Rotterdam was fantastic, and it was great to see partners, vendors and the Evolve IP team sharing ideas so openly.
As we continue to grow across the UK, Netherlands and wider European market, these sessions play an important role in connecting our partner communities, sharing best practice and helping partners identify new opportunities for their customers.”
Networking remained a key focus throughout the day, with partners and vendors coming together over lunch to exchange ideas, discuss market trends and explore new business opportunities.
Following a closing summary of the day’s key takeaways, attendees headed to RaceSquare Rotterdam for an immersive Formula 1 racing simulator experience. The event concluded with a buffet dinner and prize giving ceremony, providing a more informal setting for partners, vendors and the Evolve IP team to continue conversations and strengthen relationships.
Paul Harrison, Managing Director at Evolve IP, said: “Our Partner Sessions continue to provide an invaluable platform for sharing knowledge, strengthening relationships and helping partners uncover new opportunities for growth. What made Rotterdam particularly important was the clear sense of connection between local partner needs and our wider partner strategy across the UK and Europe.
By bringing partners together in this way, we can share insight across markets, learn from different customer environments and continue building a stronger, more collaborative channel community. That is essential as partners look to deliver more integrated, customer focused communications and collaboration solutions.”
The Rotterdam Partner Session forms part of Evolve IP’s ongoing Partner Sessions programme, which continues throughout 2026 across the UK, Europe and USA.
