Craig Newell has worked in Telecoms for nearly 20 years. He began as an apprentice for BT fixing phone lines, move on to a small reseller looking after and installing PBX systems and data networks. Over the years, he has worked as a deployment and helpdesk engineer, covering all things telephony and connectivity, progressing on to managing the telecoms team in his last role before joining Evolve IP 2 years ago.
